Hardy and fast-growing, it clips into a neat formal hedge, and is excellent for topiary projects too. Plant two plants per metre for the best result. The most appropriate Buxus variety for the coldest areas. Frost tolerant. Part-shade to full sun is the optimal light requirement. It will only require supplementary watering during the establishing period, and in drought conditions. Fertilise when you plant or if leaf-yellowing occurs.
